What Does the Chrome Extension Do?
The extension automatically fills out job application forms using your JobCopilot profile, including:

- Uploaded resume

1. Find Jobs That Use the Extension
Look for jobs labeled “Auto-fill with Extension”.
These require applying on the employer’s website.

2. Click “Apply” First
❌ Don’t use the extension on the job description page
✅ Click Apply to open the application form first
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The extension only works on the application form.

3. Use the Chrome Extension
Follow these steps:
- Click the Apply button on the job page
- Select “Apply Manually” (or “Autofill with Resume” if preferred)
- If prompted, sign in or create an account on the employer’s site
- Click “Auto-Fill Application” using the Chrome extension
- Make sure the correct resume is selected
- You can choose from the dropdown or upload a different one manually
- The resumes available come from your JobCopilot configuration
- Review and edit your answers if needed
- Submit your application
After submitting:
➡️ Go back to your JobCopilot dashboard
➡️ Click the “move stage” icon on the job and select the status Applied
