No. There is no setup fee and no running cost. We earn only when your users subscribe, through the 50/50 revenue share.
For the pilot, none beyond adding links to your site. Login, job-feed and application integrations are optional and usually discussed after the pilot.
Your share is 50% of subscription fees paid by users who signed up through your white label, net of refunds and payment-processing fees. We pay by bank transfer each month, usually around the 25th.
Both parties own the data of users who sign up through your white label. You can download it from your dashboard at any time.
Users can sign up and preview the jobs JobCopilot would apply to, but a subscription is needed to start applying.
Our support team handles all user and technical questions through the in-app support form.
Yes. We can set up 20–50% promo codes for new users. Your 50% is calculated on the amount actually paid.
Yes. JobCopilot complies with global data privacy regulations and the EU AI Act.
During the agreement, JobCopilot is the only service of this kind offered to your users through your websites.
Yes. Give 15 days’ notice before the 8-week pilot ends. Otherwise the agreement continues for one-year terms.
